Calisthenics is the traditional art of building strength used by warriors using your own bodyweight. No matter your goal is to unlock some incredible difficulties such as planche, levers, flag, or to improve your physical capacity like super saiyan.

Joint range of motion + Joint stability + Neuromuscular drive = Mobility.
We work with athletes, coaches, and medical practitioners from various areas of sports, fitness, and healthcare. From pro athletes to personal trainers, yoga instructors to pilates specialists, dancers to chiropractors, and physical therapists. Each one of them views movement from a different perspective. With the goal of helping our trainees to their full potential, diverse and intense training would be offered consistently.
The exercises use the Mobility Stick as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement.
